Location: The Family OT at Regent Park, Asheville NC
Our Games workshops help children grow and learn in ways that feel fun and natural. While kids are busy playing, they’re actually practicing important skills like coordination, focus, self-control, and problem-solving. The rules and structure of games help them learn how to take turns, manage big feelings, and build resilience, while the playful setting makes it easy to connect with others and feel successful. For children who need extra support, this is a safe, motivating way to strengthen their skills while having fun—so it doesn’t feel like “therapy,” but the benefits carry over into everyday life. This workshop will be led by 2 licensed OT's.
In this unique 4-part workshop, kids will explore:
Gross Motor Skills – balance, strength, posture, and body confidence
Motor Coordination – smoother, more coordinated movement patterns
