What Makes These Workshop Unique?

OT-Designed Activities

I created the Kids OT Workshops to foster a safe, playful space where children can grow important skills such as self-regulation, coordination, focus, social connection, and problem-solving, all while having fun in a small group setting. Whether your child is on a waiting for OT services, struggling in certain areas, or simply thrives with extra support and guidance, these workshops are designed to meet them right where they are and help them flourish.

At the heart of it all is my passion for helping kids discover their own personal "zone of genius", build resilience, experience positive and caring relationships, and learn tools for nervous system regulation that they can carry with them for life—because when kids feel calm, capable and connected, they shine. 🌟

🌟 Why Families Love It

These workshops give children the tools they need to thrive—while having fun! Parents notice increased confidence, smoother regulation, and joyful engagement that carries over into daily life.

Limited spots are available! Give your child a dynamic, therapeutic experience they’ll love and benefit from long after the workshop ends.

Testimonials

My children "both had a wonderful time at the Rhythm and Movement camp. I believe they most enjoyed the creativity and process involved in making their own instruments as well as the freedom to express themselves through their instruments and their dancing.  I definitely noticed that their coordination improved from the dancing practice and that they were more engaged with collecting reusable items to make their instruments as well as other creative projects beyond the Rhythm and Movement camp. I feel that they also got a boost of confidence on Friday after their performance when the parents became involved and joined in with the dancing and participated in the show. I would definitely recommend this camp to other families because of the creativity, confidence, and coordination that it sparked in the kids." - Andrew V. -Parent
