Building confidence in a joyful, inclusive environment!
Every activity is thoughtfully created to support nervous system regulation, coordination, and healthy peer interaction—all through movement and music. This workshop will be led by 2 Licensed OT's.
Children will explore, move, draw, and connect with many genres of music in a fun, playful way. Rebecca also weaves in her background of traditional Appalachian rhythms, music, and dances, giving kids a rich cultural experience.
With a supportive group setting, kids get the chance to practice social skills through movement, creativity, and music-making together.
This workshop gives children the tools they need to thrive—while having fun! Parents notice increased confidence, smoother regulation, and joyful engagement that carries over into daily life.
