Unlock Your Child’s Inner Power Through Sensory Play, Strength, and Imagination!

What if your child could learn regulation, confidence, coordination, and sensory awareness by becoming their own Super Hero?
That’s exactly what this workshop is designed to do.

Led by Rebecca K. Fiscal, MS, OTR/L—pediatric occupational therapist, former teacher, and author of Let Them Move—this high-energy, imaginative workshop blends purposeful play, OT strategies, and therapeutic activities to help children strengthen their bodies and nervous systems through hands-on sensory adventure.

Two licensed pediatric OTs will be guiding the experience!

🦸 What’s This Workshop All About?

In Sensory Super Heroes, children step into their own super-powered identities while exploring activities that support:

  • Sensory processing + self-regulation

  • Coordination and gross motor strength

  • Fine motor and hand skills

  • Executive functioning + flexible thinking

  • Sequencing and planning

  • Social communication

  • Confidence, bravery, and self-awareness

Kids move, climb, push, pull, build, create, and explore—all while learning how their “Super Hero Body” works and what helps them feel strong, balanced, and in control.

⚡ What Makes Sensory Super Heroes Unique?

OT-Created Super Hero Challenges

Every mission, obstacle, and activity is intentionally designed by occupational therapists to support nervous system regulation, body awareness, strength, and motor development—while keeping kids immersed in imaginative play.

Hands-On, Purposeful Play

Super Heroes don’t learn by sitting still—and neither do children with sensory or regulation challenges.
This workshop provides multisensory activities that meet kids where they are and help them grow through exploration and engagement.

Small Group = Big Growth

With a limited group size, each child receives close support while practicing teamwork, communication, flexible thinking, and peer connection—the essential skills of any great hero squad.

(Limited to 8 children)
